Public documentation of the separate SMS disclosure used when automated delivery-update enrollment is enabled.
How customers opt in
This page documents the separate automated-SMS opt-in disclosure used by Fetch My Find. The actual checkbox is shown during booking only when the Admin SMS booking opt-in setting is enabled. It may be intentionally hidden while carrier/A2P registration is pending.
When enabled, the automated-SMS checkbox is separate, optional, and unchecked by default. Entering a mobile phone number alone does not constitute automated SMS consent. A customer must actively check the separate box to opt in.
The checkbox is not preselected, and SMS consent is not required to purchase or use the delivery service.
SMS disclosure shown during booking
The following is the disclosure presented with the optional SMS checkbox:
Note: The checkbox on this page is intentionally disabled because this is a public documentation example. It does not collect consent or enroll anyone in automated SMS. When enrollment is available, consent can be provided only through the separate checkbox shown during booking.
Message purpose
The Fetch My Find Delivery Updates program sends transactional messages about a customer's booked delivery. Messages may include:
- Booking and payment confirmation
- Driver assignment
- Pickup-proof review requests
- Pickup confirmation
- In-transit updates
- Delivery completion and proof-of-delivery availability
These SMS messages are not used for marketing or promotional advertising.
Opt-out and help
Customers may reply STOP to opt out of the SMS program or HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not cancel a delivery. Message and data rates may apply.
Privacy and terms
Mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
